Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu of Turkey has urged residents in quake-stricken areas to avoid entering damaged buildings due to safety concerns and to clear roads for emergency responders
Soylu emphasized the priority of rescuing people trapped in ruined buildings and getting them to hospitals.
In Turkey's Malatya province, 130 buildings have fallen, according to Governor Hulusi Sahin. 15 buildings have also collapsed in Diyarbakir city.
